The Prahran Cricket Club is a vibrant community based sporting club with a proud history and has been in operation since 1879.
Our club currently has four men's teams and two women's teams, and plays in the Victorian Premier Cricket competition, which is the stongest form of grade cricket in the state.
In season 2017/18 we will also launch the Girls 3rd Eleven, a junior team who will compete in the ISEC U15 mixed competition, complementing the Development Squad.
Premier Cricket matches are played at Toorak Park every Saturday and most Sundays throughout the cricket season between October and March.
Our fully digital electronic scoreboard is the largest in Melbourne outside of the main sporting arenas and is in full operation during these times.
Our club also hosts Maddie's Shield which was launched during the 2016/17 season. It is a significant event on the summer calendar as a showcase for females in sport. Hosted in partnership with Maddie Riewoldt's Vision, Maddie's Shield is a twilight T20 match played as part of the Women's First Eleven fixture under lights between Prahran and the Box Hill Cricket Club.
Prahran Cricket Club is seeking to develop a strong relationship with businesses and individuals.
