Dave Hussey is a member of the Kolkata Knight Riders in the new Indian Premier League Twenty20 competition. One of his team mates is Australian captain Ricky Ponting, with the team being captained by Sourav Ganguly.

DC 110 (Andrew Symonds 32, Hussey 3 overs 1/35 and 1 catch) lost to KKR 5/112 (Hussey 38 no from 43 balls, 1 four 3 sixes).

Match 11. Chennai Super Kings vs Kolkata Knight Riders, 26th April.
The 'Knight Riders suffered their first defeat in the competition going down to the Super Kings by 9 wickets after the top order failed.
Dave Hussey was out for a duck after facing just two balls in his short six minute stay.
