We're back at Toorak Park!

After nearly two seasons we welcomed our return to Toorak Park on Saturday 27 January when the Second Eleven took on Frankston Peninsula in Round 16 of the Premier Cricket season, the first match on the oval since March 2022.

City of Stonnington Mayor Cr Joe Gianfriddo and North Ward Councillor Matthew Koce were on hand, along with Paul Taylor, Vice President of the Prahran Football Club, and cricket club President Nigel Parsons and Vice President Phil Williamson to mark the occasion.

The redevelopment completed to-date has included levelling, reshaping and resurfacing of the oval, the laying of a new centre wicket turf table, a new picket fence and concrete pathway around the entire ground, and upgraded lighting.

Development of the new pavilion is progressing well with concrete foundations underway. At this stage we are still expecting completion in time to allow occupancy at the start of the 2024/25 cricket season. In the meantime we will play out the remainder of the season with portable buildings providing player, umpire and toilet facilities.
