We are pleased to announce our Men's Leadership Group for the 2026/27 season.

Men's Club Captain

We hope to see him pulling on the True Blue colours next season, but if we don't, we certainly won't complain—it will mean he's enjoying another successful season with Victoria. We are honoured to have Victorian captain Will Sutherland leading our men's program as Men's Club Captain for 2026/27.

White-Ball Fixtures

After four years at the helm, Matt "Bomber" Wilcox is stepping aside, with the captaincy now split between our white-ball and red-ball teams.

Essex, Manchester Originals and former Brisbane Heat all-rounder Paul Walter will captain our One-Day and T20 sides, supported by Brodie Symons as vice-captain.

Captain: Paul Walter

Vice-Captain: Brodie Symons

Red-Ball Fixtures

For our red-ball fixtures, Brodie Symons will take over as captain, with 19-year-old Alex Turner stepping up as vice-captain.

Captain: Brodie Symons

Vice-Captain: Alex Turner

We are also delighted that Nick Morrey will continue as Men's Second XI captain, while Will Pike returns to lead the Third XI.

New True Blues

While it is still early in the year, we are pleased to welcome several new players to the club.

Tom Vane-Tempest joins us after relocating to Melbourne to take up a role as Legal Counsel with Cricket Victoria. A wicketkeeper and middle-order batter, Tom spent the past six seasons with St George in Sydney Grade Cricket. He has also represented ACT/NSW Country in several Second XI matches and played for a NSW Invitational XI against the West Indies in a tour match.

We also welcome Liam Winn, a New Zealand opening batter who played with Fitzroy Doncaster's First XI last season, and Vishwar Ramkumar, a talented 20-year-old leg-spinner and former Australian Under-19 representative who joins us from Dandenong.

Congratulations to all those appointed to leadership positions, and a warm welcome to our newest True Blues.
