Very proud of Second Eleven scorer, club life member and Hall of Fame inductee, Karl Hieser who was awarded the prestigious Cameron Medal at the recent VCA Umpires & Scorers' Association annual awards night.
The Cameron Medal award is the only formal recognition of the fabulous work done by scorers in Victoria.
Karl was acknowledged for his long service and dedication to Premier Cricket scoring that commenced in season 1991-92 and now totals 576 Premier matches. Included in this tally is 36 finals matches and this year’s Third Grade Grand Final was his first premiership.
Congratulations Karl and we look forward to many more seasons ahead!
